Washington County Children and Youth Services is looking for caring individuals who are committed to helping us achieve our mission. Those interested in providing family-centered services to make a difference in the lives of children and contribute to the success of families are encouraged to join our team.

Qualified individuals who can support this mission are needed in County Caseworker 1 C&Y, Social Service Aide, clerical (clerk-typist) and fiscal positions. Those interested in a County Caseworker C& Y position, must have a bachelor’s degree which includes at least 12 credits in social sciences (social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice or other related social sciences).

Applications for position at Children and Youth Services should be submitted online at www.employment.pa.gov where you can find a list of open job opportunities. 

Applying is a two-step process. 

1.  For County Caseworker 1 C&Y positions, you must first apply for and complete the online exam. 

2.  Then, on the same website, you will be able to filter jobs by location to complete an application for a position at Washington County Children and Youth Services.
